Small PE Jaw Crusher Stone Rock Breaker Brief Introduction:

The small jaw crusher is mainly used as a coarse crusher and a medium crusher in the mining, building materials and infrastructure sectors. According to the width of the feed opening, it is divided into three types: large, medium and small. The feeder width larger than 600MM is large jaw crusher machine, the feed port width 300-600MM belongs to medium stone jaw crusher machine, and the feed port width less than 300MM is small size mini jaw crusher machine.

Stone Jaw Crusher Working Features:

The working part of the small jaw crusher is two jaw plates, one is fixed jaw plate, which is fixed on the front wall of the body vertically (or slightly outwards at the upper end). While the other is the movable jaw plate, whose position is inclined, forming a large and small crushing cavity (working cavity) with the fixed jaw plate. The movable jaws periodically reciprocate against the fixed jaws, sometimes separated and sometimes close. When separated, the material enters the crushing chamber, and the finished product is discharged from the lower portion; when close, the material contained between the two jaws is crushed by bending, bending and splitting.
According to the different swinging modes of the movable jaw, small jaw crusher can be divided into 3 different types, namely simple swing jaw crusher (simplified pendulum jaw crusher), complex swing jaw crusher (complex pendulum jaw crusher) and integrated swing jaw crusher.
