How to Maintain a Spiral Sand Washing Machine for River Sand, Artificial Sand Washing?

2. After the installation is in place, check whether the gear of the reducer is displaced, whether the gap between the water tank and the big wheel bucket is the same. After the adjustment, fix the machine to the foundation.
3. Lubricating oil should be added to adjust the oil level, generally 50% below the shaft center.
4. After the machine is installed and adjusted, the test run shall be carried out. The no-load test shall be:
(1) Continuous operation for 2 hours
(2) All solid parts should be firm and free of looseness
(3) There is no abnormal sound in the reducer and gear box
